I love this conversation – it’s so real. Of course you are multi-dimensional individuals. Maria said she was ‘nice’ before her divorce. Being ‘nice’ is different from being real. It sounds like Maria finally learned how to set boundaries, sometimes that might seem ‘not nice’ but we need to be able to do that for our own well-being and mental health.
These ‘this is us’ conversations are wonderful keep it.

Well, I just LOVED this! So authentic! And when I heard that Maria drops the ‘f’ bomb, that just made it all the better. ( I’m very fond of the ‘f’ bomb, myself. It just serves so well when I’m needing to decompress).

Oh my God to you too Mariana Marie and I both loved the video as did most other people it came out just the way we wanted. It was all about laughing and being happy and that’s just what came out. Maria says what she wants whenever she wants. She apologized for cutting me off all the time which of course she didn’t do . I’m not really looking for reviews, but I hope you got something out of it. A lot of people did. Most importantly so did we.

I know what you said, Marianna; it was very clear. She disagrees, and so do I; she is shyer than I am about speaking to people, and I pick up that slack. I didn’t misread a thing, Marianna. We disagree with you, and so does everyone else.It doesn’t mean you are wrong; it’s just one reason I don’t look to outsiders for reviews and opinions or ask for opinions. You said I cut her off, and she says she cut me off. Maria doesn’t need protection; she can take care of herself, and if I did what you said, I would hear about it right on the spot. That’s life and marrage 🙂 We say what we want and are always surprised by the outcome. We had fun, which is why we did it. It’s about laughing, not debate. I don’t look for outside approval – we were happy. You don’t have to like it. This is social media in America; there is always someone who disagrees – every time. I’m not upset; I’m used to it. I used to have trouble with unsolicited reviews and advice, but I’m okay with it. I don’t ask for reviews and ignore them; this one was worth responding to. I would never keep Maria from expressing herself, even if I wanted to. You don’t know her.
