This is the second day of our weekend rest program: a photo or two, an affirmation or two. I’m done today (I’ll probably put up a flower photo later in the day. This afternoon is dedicated to Maria, books, silence, rest, reading, and checking in with some friends. We went to the Farmer’s Market today. Going there is always a pleasure; we feel welcome and at ease, and I got some great seafood – clam cakes, scollops, lobster chunks, and crab chells. Fortunately, the Adirondack Seafood Company has brought some fresh seafood here. See you later. Easing up on weekends has been a great boon to both of us, workaholics who need to rest.
