One of the many things I most admire about Sarah is that she always listens to the people who come to her for help and ask what they want and need on top of the produce and other foods provided weekly from the state food banks and donations from local farmers.

She speaks to their dignity, sometimes their misplaced shame, and hope for something better. She always tries to get foods that are part of their memories and that they are eager to have today. I call these Morale items.
