It has snowed every night for more than a week here, including last night, and four more storms are on the way. We are prepared but chilled, and no, I don’t wish to go to Florida or anywhere down South to be warm. My wood stoves do the trick.
For all the ice – it’s hard to go a dozen feet – it was beautiful, and my morning began with bird-watching, and then, when the sun came out, tonight’s Flower Art. I love doing that. It was a balmy 24 degrees when I got up and ran outside to take these photographs. More later. Looks like Storm City for a while.
Zip is a snowcat. He runs in the snow all night and is the first out in the morning. Zinnia is right behind him.
