A couple of weeks of zero and sub-zero weather is predicted for the Cambridge Food Pantry weather, and Sarah is, as always, thinking of the needs of her patrons. She looks ahead.
Note: we have enough dog and pet food right now; there is no room for more.
We’re back to warm dinners that are quick and easy to make for a while. Warm meals are very much appreciated. The arctic cold will be around for a while.
Here are Sarah’s two choices for support on Monday, January 20, 2025:

Please forgive me for sending more pet food to the pantry. It seemed like the right thing to do, but I certainly didn’t intend for a couple of more cases to be a burden for anyone. Should the day come when there is room for pet food, I will be glad to step up – otherwise, I’ll just limit my donations to Sarah’s list.
Judith, there is no need to apologize; your gift was an inspiration, not a burden for anyone. Everyone was grateful, not pressed. We have plenty of room for your generosity and please overlook it if I gave you the wrong impression. The pantry is getting a bigger room for storage, and they can handle anything you wish to send. You don’t need to limit anything you want to do, believe me. And thank you, because of you and what you sent there is a shelf for pets in the pantry. All because of you.
