Maria shoveled out the barn. Even she was cold.
Zip walks me from the house to one of his unique warm spots in the barn. That’s where he likes to have breakfast. Don’t be fooled; that belly is caught on its own.
The yellow sun at dawn surprised me.
The clouds were outstanding. The wind was strong; it was 10 degrees.
Starlings, pests, and parasites of the feeders. They have striking silhouettes.
Starlings were imported by some knucklehead in the 1800’s. In Europe and UK they make wonderous flocks called a murmuration. Look on YouTube to see the designs they make in flight.
I too love to wake up on a clear winter morning where both the sun and the full moon are shining bright in opposite skies. Nice shot!
healing photos thank you Bedlam community
I loved “yellow sun” in particular the contrast of colors between the house and the sun.
