Two practical, inexpensive, and timely items are on Sarah’s need list today: herbal tea and two kinds of salad dressing. Tea is one of the most requested pantry items, and many families have given up on canned dinners or cereals.
People struggling to feed their families have many choices, and tea often suffers, even though it is essential to most pantry members. Your purchases of tea have been very much appreciated.
Sarah, above, says that tea is one of those items that make people especially sad when they can’t have any.
According to Harvard Medical School, herbal teas are not just beverages but also health-promoting remedies that have been used for centuries. They are often used to calm and alleviate anxiety.
And salad dressings (both Amazon bargains today, $1.99) encourage adults and kids to eat healthy salads, which the Pantry offers whenever possible – farmers help. Kids won’t eat them without dressing.
These are two items that matter for health, morale, and calm. I hope you can help, and thanks for all the help you have been. You are much appreciated and blessed.
Sarah’s Items for today. The pantry is out of all of them.
