I’ve decided to make this a typical day on the farm. I got up early, took photos, voted at the Town Hall, got some vinegar and distilled water for the farm, and went to the food pantry to see and photograph the astonishing food pouring in from the Army of Good. How can I feel anything but good?
For some reason, the country is beginning to awaken from its long, dark sleep, and this will be a good week for people exhausted from anger and hatred. I don’t need polls; I feel it in my bones. The Army Of Good keeps my hope and faith alive. People want to do good, given the chance.
I’ve decided to rent and experiment with a new macro lens to see if it works for me. I have a month to figure it out. More later. Sarah wants help in getting coffee and tea for the food pantry shelves. I just wanted to let you know that details will come.
Feeding time, morning.
Fate’s focus is astonishing…
When Zip often wants attention, he shows me his belly.
Fate waiting intently
Georgia O’Keeffe taught me to take pictures of the things I see. I keep seeing this chare out in the pasture, soon to be burned. It got into my head, then my Leica.
Breakfast. The animals get to eat first.

Landscape, morning.
