We are getting up early now, usually between six and seven a.m. This morning, it was pitch black when we went outside to see the animals. It was lovely, though, as the light began to change. We returned in before the sun came (it hadn’t quite come yet). My Leica was no good in that light; my new iPhone Pro Max 16 handled it well. All of these photos are Iphone photos.
This was a beautiful morning for me; I hope it was also for you. I’m feeling perfect about today.
Two worlds right next to each other.
Every morning, Zinnia and Zip find each other for a lick or nose sniff. They are good friends.
Then Maria and Zip say good morning.
The chickens were happy to come out before the sun. It’s a good time for worms.
This image caught the feeling.
Maria usually takes one-third of a bale out to the feeders.
The morning food scrum.
Really beautiful photos ! Captures it all perfectly… 👌
I loved this set of pictures, Jon. They evoke such a feeling of magic and peace. Magic of light and movement, and peace of early morning and routine.
Beautiful photos! We just returned from a week at Cape Cod, and I ended up using only my iPhone 13 ProMax, I got lazy, and never took the ‘good’ camera out of the case. I was continually amazed at what my phone camera could capture, so can only imagine what the 16 can do.
It’s pretty great the iPhone and the Leica do very different things. Both together are dynamite for me.
