I got up early this morning and saw the sun coming up. The sky was gorgeous, so I focused on that before learning that we had all we needed for the Cambridge Pantry to go ahead with its Thanksgiving Give-A-Way in November. I was smiling all day. Thanks, Army of Good.
I also got a new Iphone 16 Pro Max; the camera has some new features and opens up new paths for my photography—details to come. I am so grateful to be here.
Zup and Company. This is where Zip cleans up every morning; he is meticulous.
I got out just in time for sunrise.
Kim, the shy, is warming up to me.
St. Jo is happy with the sunrise.
The sky never stopped being beautiful this morning.
I just completed reading SIMON. Beautiful story and I fell in love with him Rocky and the others. What I would like to know is what happened to him.
He died six years ago, Dana; the story is on the blog (search tool) if you wish to pursue it, thanks.
Hi Jon;
I read the book about Simon a long time ago, and now I’ve just reread your blog about Simon’s story and his death. I have trouble grasping how someone could commit such cruelty and neglect on a helpless animal, and also how you were able to forgive that person for what he did. Such a sad, sad story! In any case, thank you for taking Simon into your life, caring for him and giving him at least a few good years of love and a happy experience. You’re the best!
