Zip and Zinnia – two besties – meet and touch noses every morning.
The geese have begun heading south, a beautiful sign of fall. It is a powerful sound for us. It is time to start preparing for winter.
We put hay out for the first time; the grass had dried up in the heat. We usually put hay out in November. Maria noticed that the sheep were grumpy; they came running when they saw the hay.
The King in his pasture.
Maria, Asher, and Zinnia join in. Everybody is her friend; everybody is Zip’s friend.
It is always a treat to see Fate in motion. She won’t herd the sheep, but she loves to run.
Zip’s Castle was burned and then blown down. We’re on it.
Maria is rebuilding a safe house for Zip. He is fortunate
It’s great to have Maria as a human if you are Zip. He loves his hideaways. Every morning in November, he goes there to hide, but climate change changes everything.
The 2 Z’s besties morning greeting is the best!
So enjoyable to see!
