This week’s number of people needing food support has broken all Cambridge Food Panty records. The situation is urgent. For the first time in history, 67 families – 184 people – showed up seeking help yesterday.

No item is too small for Sarah to fight for; we are helping her when we can. Today, she says that as a result of yesterday, the pantry is out of two key items that directly affect the diet and health of the people who come for help. They are potatoes and beets,  just below.

I’m asking that people do what they are comfortable with—no more than that, please. So far, so good. We are helping Sarah fill those shelves. Good people do good.

Please help if you can, and thank you. Your past support has been instrumental in working small miracles, and I wish you could see how much that means to people who have no one else to help them.
