You Lift The Heart And Soul: See The Good You Did For The Cambridge Pantry In The Past Few Days. You Made A Lot Of People Smile In Gratitude

by Jon Katz

I’ve run out of words to thank the people in the Army of Good who filled the Cambridge Pantry shelves with four different kinds of coffee, a first. This unique and special contribution has truly made a difference. The best way to show our gratitude is to let you see the good you have done, what it looks like, and where your contributions are good. Three volunteers at the pantry told me this morning about what a tremendous difference you have made and what good people you are. I saw a dozen shelves filled with food that was needed. I’ve seen what you do but never cease to be touched and proud.

I know that already, but I thought you’d like to see what you brought to the food pantry in just one Amazon delivery. This fills me with pride and joy and speaks to the true heart of our country. Here goes one delivery from Amazon: a dozen big boxes.

Thanks to your contributions, the shelves of the Cambridge Pantry are now adorned with a variety of coffee, a sight we haven’t seen in months. Your support has truly made a difference.

Once again, the shelves were graced with fresh salads, a clear sign of the positive impact of your contributions.

One of our dedicated volunteers, Terry, was deeply moved by your generosity. She arrived early to stock the donations from the Army of Good and was in awe of your kindness. She couldn’t help but express her admiration, saying, “You are good people.” Your actions have left a lasting impression on us all, underscoring the significant impact of your generosity. I didn’t imagine how successful this would be. I can’t stop feeling grateful.

Finally, diapers in all sizes.
