For the weekend, Kids And Parents, something familiar, Diapers, Sizes 5 and 6, More Coffee, Four Kinds. We’re hoping to finally be able to keep some on the shelves for at least a week. My favorites are up for adoption: Velveeta and Tide. We are making headway. Thank you.
First, Diapers are essential. The pantry is out, and can’t get more.
The diapers have become urgent. The mother customers of the Food Pantry should not have to choose between diapers and food, which some tell us they have had to do for some time. Hopefully, we can give them some relief.
Sarah is on a coffee campaign. It’s been impossible to get, buy, or keep coffee. The families want it even more than they wish Tide. Maybe we can help. We’re listing four on the Cambridge Food Pantry Amazon Wish List, a scattergun approach to get them on the shelves.

The most popular items, I call them “orphans” because they are rarely, if ever, available. My fantasy is for people in the Army Of Good to adopt one and send one to the pantry once or twice a week or whenever possible and manageable. We are making a house, even at a groundbreaking distance; Sarah wants the Cambridge Food Pantry to be the best in the country regarding food and family items and how its customers are treated – by being listened to and treated with dignity and compassion. My favorite item to send is Tide. Sarah has never been able to keep it on the shelf for more than one or two days. Velveeta is the second most popular and also one of the most difficult to get.
