It was and is a beautiful morning at Bedlam Farm, but I must be honest. I slept late while Maria went out to tend to the animals. I was worn out. I did manage to get a beautiful flower photo above and to take a few pictures with Zip sitting by my side, as usual.

While in bed, I took two still-life photos of the sun coming through the window in our bedroom.

Beauty is everywhere you look; if only you could see it. This is a lesson from a photographer for me. I’ve got a lot of work to do this morning (we did get to the Farmer’s Market), including the least expensive Cambridge Pantry request ever. That’s coming shortly.

Whenever I go out to take flower photos, Zip is right there with me. I appreciate his company; he is becoming a muse.

Our bedroom window faces west; we catch the sun just as it rises—a beautiful sight every day, above and below.
