We had a half Sabbath today, since neither of us is especially religious, we have to make our own way. We went out to lunch with a friend, stopped for an ice cream cone, I took some flower pictures, I’m ging to read a book for awhile, then sit outside with Maria and hopefully, medidate. I call it a half a Sabbath. It was lovely.
