Yesterday, Maria and I did a video about her new beautiful quilt, “Not Going Back.” It is not finished but sold within a few hours. I hear many women saying the same thing, and they aren’t kidding around.
Watching Mr. Trump wet his pants in front of 168 million people seems to have struck a nerve. Poor man, he’s still claiming immigrants from Haiti are eating pet dogs and cats in Ohio. It sounds like a novel to me.
Wasting no time, Maria is adding a “Not Going Back” potholder series. She sent me a photo of the first design this morning. Maria said the potholders will be made in different colors but with the same idea.
She is fired up.
She has yet to make them, but the process is underway. When she does, we will post about it on both blogs, and the potholder will go up on her Etsy page unless it has already been sold. These are craft potholders, and she can only make so many of them.
When they are done, she’ll decide the price.

I would not want to get in her way or the quite determined army of strong women who will be coming along with her.
Women are going to decide this election; they already have. I couldn’t care less what the media says. They are not going back.
I live in NW OHIO. Just read this morning that “Springfield City Hall received a ‘bomb threat explicitly hostile to Haitians which caused them to evacuate. Some Springfield City Schools had to evacuate/close. Central Catholic School closed as did the Brinkman Bldg at Clark State College. I hope ‘the media’ will hold Trump accountable (will they?) for spreading lies, because he has NO CAPACITY for understanding the impact of them!!
I love that women are uniting and are the impetus of this great wave of change. Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned.
