Beautiful Morning, Pictures From Bedlam Farm, Friday, July 12, 2024, Just After Sunrise

I’m very pleased the morning flower idea has pleased so many people; thanks so much for the kind messages; they matter. Our day always begins and often ends with manure, but it starts with the animals. We brush them, count them, look at their legs and butts.

Fanny has recovered from her ugly abscess, the donkeys love their morning brush, and the donkeys and the sheep are feasting after the small green apples falling off the apple tree. It looks like our unusual heat wave will last through the coming week. People all over the country are not getting a reprieve. It looks like

The morning manure throw.

Apples on the small apple tree are small and green.

Lulu in her calendar pose, watching deer off in the pasture. She’s the guard donkey.

Fannie reaches up to pick some appl

Zinnia stays close to the bird’s water in the heat.

Maria took over a section of my flower bed to plant herbs, which we love and eat every day.
