Mornings like this remind me of how lucky I am to live on a farm with a partner, lover, and friend who loves to be here, live in nature, live with animals, and follow her bliss. Fortunately, I am healthy and love my life, wife, work, dogs, and this strange new reality – a cat named Zip.
I give thanks for my pictures, which have opened my heart and soul, and for the good people who follow my life and work. I don’t know how anyone can be more successful than that. This morning, a mist of beauty and feeling. I count my blessings for each one.
I have an important chore in Saratoga this morning; I’ll return around lunchtime.
Maria works hard on the farm, and I do too. She loves taking care of the animals and doing her morning chores. Today is the day of her Monday video on her blog, fullmoonfiberart.com. Among other things, she has become a superb writer and videographer and a talented and successful artist. Without her, the lights would go out.

Zip is an essential addition to the farm and my photography. There is something iconic about him; he loves to play, love, and hunt.
The sky this morning was astonishing as the sun fought to come out.
After breakfast, we both meet on the porch and start the day.
Ohhhhhhh , the mystical places these photos transport us to !
THanks..I feel the same way..
