Good Morning, Zip And The Rest Of The World. We Are Off To Schenectady To See The Bishop Gibbons Art Revolution

by Jon Katz

Maria and I are off this morning to head for Schenectady, N.Y., and to meet with Sue Silverstein and some of her very gifted art students at Bishop Gibbons High School. I went out to take a photo this morning and Zip was waiting to greet me. He loves to have his neck scratched. I did sing him a song. Maria took the photo.

We’ll be back this afternoon. I  haven’t been to Bishop Gibbons since my fall and concussion, I am very happy to be returning. We are bringing a carload of discarded things and frames with us. More later.

  1. You and Zip are the best. Period. How could everyone not love you both?
Thanks for the Zip stories & thanks for sharing the Army of Good. God bless you for all the good you do.

  2. My animals are the only ones I sing to.
People politely (or not) ask me not to sing 😂
It does the soul good to sing.
