We saw Casey this morning at the farmer’s market. She brought Evelnne as usual and bounced her up and down while making coffee tea and selling bread, biscuits, and croissants.
Casey is working day and night to take care of her kids and get her horse trailer ready so she can get her Coffee/Canteen business up and running, hopefully in the next couple of weeks.
Every time I see Casey, I am more impressed; she is bringing her dream to life, and her children will be a part of it, not something she wants to do part-time. I sometimes wonder how she will get the energy to do all the work she has to do and take care of two young children, one four months old. She was busy this morning at the farmer’s market; people are beginning to find her and appreciate her rich coffee, tea, and baked goods.
She’s doing something she’s always wanted to do, which the town yearns for. Good coffee and food every morning.
She plans for her cart to be set up in the middle of town. I see that she is one of those people who can handle a dozen things at once.
Evelynne is an integral part of the Coffee/Canteen enterprise. She is always there.
Stay tuned; Casey is the real deal—just a couple of weeks to go.
Women have who work locally in rural or semi rural areas have always worked with their children in tow. And mothers have always juggled dozens of task at once. Probably why women can switch so easily from topic to topic which befuddles most males.
Beautiful photos of beautiful baby.
