We went out last night to see some friends play in a Jazz Band at Jocko’s Cafe in Salem, N.Y. On the way home, Pizza World stood out on a rainy night. we pulled over, and I got this shot of America. Pizza World is a very American place; I love how it shines at night and is reflected in the rain. The pizza is pretty great also, and the owners are nice.

Ooh, love this. Very Edward Hopper-ish, Nighthawks! Gorgeous!
I love the photos of your farm. I also treasure the stories of your friends. It is always good to read about people who follow their dreams. It is a blessing to be able to encourage someone who is following their dream.
There is a certain romance about farms. It is easy to get caught up in it. However, farms are hard work with no guarantee of return. Over the years I have grown a deep respect for farmers. As I read your stories part of me still wishes I lived on a farm.
Thank you for sharing your life and the lives of Maria and friends. It is calming to read of your experiences.
I really like that photo!
