It is a gloomy day no sun. I need to go to Saratoga Hospital to get tested to ensure the kidney stone sound blasted a few months ago is gone.
I can make the drive, but Maria thinks she ought to drive me long distances for a week or two until I am totally healed. I’m not arguing; she is getting plenty of her work done, which is great. She’s getting one more quilt from Suzy Fatzinger, the last of this season; it will be up for sale today or tomorrow on her Etsy page.
Suzy is another dreamer, following her bliss.
I’ll be back later this afternoon. The brain trouble has been great for me in many ways…catching up on my reading, meditation, and spiritual work. I still have some dizziness and a sore back, but I slept well.
This red flower above is one of my favorite, perhaps the most sensuous flower I’ve seen all summer.
One of my favorite farm images – is Maria doing what I call “post-production,” going over the photos and videos she takes of the animals and out in nature.
She loves her photography and videos. Today was the increasingly popular Monday Morning Video.
And of course, there is a new image on the farm, Zip’s favorite spot is by the apple tree, where he can gaze out at the pasture and also follow the squeaks and stirring of chipmunks, dug into a hollow right in front of him.
