I decided to take a walk around the barn today, looking for some beauty; I found it. These photos are directed to our barn, which has stood proud and tall for at least 200 years. Barns have a lot of stories to tell, and I went looking for some.
I especially love my late afternoon walk around the farm. There is all kinds of beauty everywhere. I get to chase after it.
Dahlias love the fall; they exclude wild and free-color
The afternoon sun has been breathtaking these past few days. The sky is angry anagitatedld.
The Dahlia’s are lighting up my garden bed.
The barn has its beauty, and Constance is part of it.
Light in the barn
A red mystery flower is growing up out of the back porch cement. We don’t know what it is or how it got there.
The Dahlia’s are exploding with color. It was raining flowers in the back of my raised garden beds.
After the rain, flowers in the dirt. Still beautiful.
Jon,
Oh….to wake up each morning seeing the sweet face of this donkey would make
any of us smile and be happy…how could we be otherwise?
Oh, to be a donkey!!!!
Thank you for sharing.Love to see your animals and the farm.
