  1. I know you and Maria are taking a moment of silence as you should. You two have been through a lot in a short period of time and even in the long run. Know that both of your blogs never need to be long, or even posted, although I always enjoy the connective story when possible. You both are concise in your message. You never need to fulfill anyone’s wants. I love to read about your lives, your farm, your animals, flowers and nature and farm. Thanks for everything. Take the time you need. Thanks and big hugs and healing thoughts and prayers.🥰🙏💞

  2. Hello Jon
I work for BIANYS- and my focus falls on concussion often. Usually presenting to people about Return to Learn, Here is a project I worked on with some health care experts who specialize in concussions. https://bianys.org/returning-to-work-after-a-concussion/ There’s a brochure, a webinar link and a 3 minute PSA we had professional made. Might be some good information for you. Everyone heals from a concussion differently. It sounds like you are doing a great job of monitoring your symptoms and taking breaks when needed. That’s the best thing you can do! Activity is important in the healing process, but stopping when symptoms get exacerbated. (rule of thumb is an increase of 2 points on a 10 point scale) Feel free to reach out to us if you need anything. We have many resources in the Albany area (sorry not much out by you) There is a free 1-800 line- we are a non-profit, so we don’t charge.
