I got up early to meet the sun; it was worth it. I joined the pigeons and caught the light. Maria and I are heading off to deliver the five quilts she made for her friend Ellen. I’m stopping on the way back to pick up some fresh flowers. The farm was magical this morning in the early light. Come and see.

The mist still covered the hills, but the sun lit up the landscape. There is something magical about this farm.

First light, garden bed

Ed Gulley’s Tin Man was buried in one of the gardens, and we liberated him.  He’s going to my garden bed.
