More and more, I’m using flowers to frame and highlight animals. Both are important to me, and both go together.

The sheep have adopted gravel mountain. There must be something green and delicious in that mound of gravel; Robin loves to climb up and play Queen Of The Hill.

When it rains, I sprinkle some ringworms onto the barn floor; the hens gather and peck away. I guess this is what makes them imperious. It is relaxing to see them so officiously eat their worms.
