I’m working to help the garden bed recover from endless rain and storms. Today, at the Farmer’s Market, I bought a dwarf Lilly and planted it this afternoon. There are several buds on it. This is a sweet start.

Jon , I’m new to this blog stuff , please bear with me . I have read about 4 of your books dealing with Bedlam Farm and the animals , and am now reading Dog Days . I have most of the rest and will read them in succession . I am really enjoying them ! We lived in the Schenectady , NY area from 1969 until 1997 , when I retired from GE . I visited the Hebron and Washington county area many times , especially during hunting seasons . A very beautiful area , you are doing what I wished I had done . Your writing is informative , heartfelt and most enjoyable . Thank you for sharing .
