Since my foot surgery in June, Zinnia has put her head on my feet when I sit in my reading chair and kept it there. Sometimes she sleeps; sometimes, she’s awake. She is watching over my foot, and I’m used to the gentle pressure on my leg when I sit in the chair.
I wonder how long she will be guarding it. She’s a very loving creature.
