Rescue Post: The Lost Photos Of July Fourth

by Jon Katz

In the early evening of July 4th, the data storage and processing system of Mannix Marketing, which runs and designs my flog, broke down, causing the blog to go offline and deleting all of the photos I had taken that day from the system.

This upset a number of people, which I took to be a compliment. The blog and its ability to store and post photos were fixed by midnight.

Several people e-mailed to see if there was any way to see those photos; the best I can do is post some of them here. I don’t have time to re-insert each one, but I  can put them in chunks. Here are a few of those lost on July 4th.

Sorry for any inconvenience:

These photos were taken buy my I phone 13 and also  by my Leica SLR-2

A new flower joined the garden bed (there are too many names for me to keep track of)

White and red

I call this my spider plant.

That red is special…

    1. Same here, but the real name is Cleome. And, reminds me that I need to get some back into my flower beds. 🙂
