Maria is a perpetual motion machine, especially on the weekends, especially around the farm. She is relaxed and still when she reads or watches some mystery with me.

Otherwise, she is a blur, our own Wiley E. Coyote. There is a ton of work on the farm, especially in the warm weather, for a person with seven different gardens.

Yesterday, I was startled to see her sitting on the porch, quiet, contemplative, and still. It’s a rare sight, so I am glad to have captured it.
