Our tree frog headed to the Apple Tree; he wasn’t there this morning. I did get to visit him at dusk last night; I wanted to say goodbye, I may not see him again. I was once again amazed this morning to see a flood of tree frog photos from all over the country. It seems Tree Frog lovers are a passionate community; I wouldn’t have guessed. I love that the blog touches nerves I didn’t even know existed.
Life gets more enriching if you open your eyes to it.
I got this tree frog photo below from Abbe, a “tree frog fan” from Minnesota. She has three lights in her backyard, attracting bugs that attack tree frogs. Thanks, Anne; I am now a fellow “tree frog fan.” Grow and learn.
Diana in Florida woke up at 4 a.m. to find this Tree Frog (800 different kinds of tree frogs) jumping all over and sticking to the wall tile in the bathroom. She rescued him and took him back outside near his tree.
I got more photos, but I had to get to Saratoga for my first medical week appointment and echo-cardiogram. I was surprised to learn that dozens of tree frog fan sites are on the Internet. Life is full of mystery and riches.
The tree frogs here are more like Abbe’s. I was surprised at the rough texture of yours. Ours are more jade with a slick wet skin & don’t seem to be afraid of anything.
