I found a Clematis plant flowering at Country Power Products on the way home from the dentist. I fell in love, and since these flowers can grow to eight or nine feet in height, I gave it to Maria on condition that I could have it for a few days.
As it happens, we brought it inside because of the frost predicted for tonight. I love all the new and beautiful flowers I am discovering. Maria is going to plant it in her garden on Thursday. I spent some time with the Clematis outside in the sun; I will stay in touch with this plant and its flowers.
We’re braced for a cold winter night. I’ve got both wood stoves going.
I changed the focus in my Leica and softened up the plant above. I kept staring at it.
awesome photos!

Beautiful! I see what you mean about staring at it.
Did it talk to you? The rose I got for Mother’s Day talked to me for a couple of days. I put it in the flower bed today.
