This horse lives on my road down near town. He has a best friend, a goat who is always with him. There’s only one horse and one goat, and they are inseparable.
Scenes like this make my love where I live. There is always something beautiful to see, there is always an animal nearby, a misty hill, a beautiful forest.
I am fortunate to be here. Tomorrow, I bring the train set to the Mansion
We throw the ball for Zinnia and Fate each day.
Fate is a beautiful thing to see running, she runs like a gazelle and is 50 yards ahead before Maria throws the ball. Zinnia runs just as hard, just slower..
Every other day, I stop to take a picture of this beautiful tree and those behind her as their leaves bloom and the beautiful tree changes color. It’s a living story of Spring. We had a very beautiful sky today.
I am a suckrer for the wonderful lines tree limbs make and the beautiful way they come to life and the beautiful way they die.
The Imperious hens were resting under a lilac bush, the big white hen came out to check on me and see if I was by any chance offering some worms as I often do. No luck today.
The hens have great gravitas. They always make me smile, and they really are imperious.
Maria took this photo, I posted it on my blog this morning, but I like it so much – it says so much – that I wanted to put it up again here for those people who missed it.
I am another that is happy you kept your Q2! Interesting nice feature that Nicky wrote about her mirrorless, as I don’t have one (yet!)
I was told goats tend to have a calming effect on horses. Jen, this locale seems to have that same with you. Best
What a lovely capture of Fate’s joy in the midst with her sheep.
The picture of Fate running is so beautiful! She is poerty in motion <3
