My new Raven muse arrived from China yesterday; it cost $20 plus shipping and carries an LED light in its beak. It offers a perfect counterpoint to the crow in the window. I’m a great admirer of crows and ravens.  They never quit or run. Maria turned me onto them. Inspiring.
