I end my writing day every day with a flower-sharing picture; I’ve learned that color and light are healing and uplifting in February’s dark, snowy, and icy days. Climate change is exciting, if nothing else. I’m surprised at how important these photos have become to me and to others.

Thank you for loving them. I’ve got more than enough to last until May. This is a tradition I stumbled on but love. I never imagined they would bring so much joy to so many people. How great that is.
