Flower sharing is an excellent way to begin the day. Winter is taking a breather, it’s far from over,
but we get to appreciate Spring and begin to prepare for it.
Time for me to choose the flowers in my garden beds;
we’re still months away from plating.
But I have plenty of flowers to share and am enjoying sharing them.
I feel good about my Mind Your Business campaign – tomorrow,
I see my new horse friend and bring an apple.
A good number of people praised the idea and then immediately advised me about diabetes,
my foot,
and getting to New York to see the Edward Happer Exhibit (I can’t go, I’m afraid.)
I don’t think much about it now; I just delete them. I’m learning it’s often just mother nature.
So is mothering
and taking on other people’s troubles.
There is a difference between people who mean well and people who don’t.
They are not the same.
Yet I’m not caving into either one.
I just don’t like people telling me what to do or what to write, no matter how sweet they are,
or how to reply to people or what to think about things.
I need an excellent solid boundary, and I’ll be fine.
This exciting new boundary is up, and it feels good o me. I’m growing up, bit by bit.
I’m learning to face my problems and not blame them on other people.
I never got to do it the first time, but I see it’s never too late.
In the meantime, I’m happy to share flowers until May or even June. I have plenty.
Life is never simple, just mostly wonderful.
Mind your business, like this.
A friend said to me years ago and we remind each other
Stay in your own lane.
Meaning similar or same as mind your business.
I honor, respect and find inspiration in your vulnerability, Jon
‘Onward by all means’
