“The Earth Laughs In Flowers,” – Ralph Waldo Emerson.
I took many flower photos in the summer but only posted a fraction of them on the blog. There are so many things I like to write about and photograph; I didn’t want the blog to be one-dimensional. I’m very grateful that some of these pictures get to live. I came to love a lot of them.
It wasn’t dark and cold today, but I still want to put up some flower therapy at least once a day until my next round of flowers can bloom and join the parade. There’s enough bad news out there to make flower therapy something we need all year….Hmmm.
Somebody wrote that flowers are the color and light of the earth.
I never imagined taking photos like this or showing them every day. I love doing it, and I’m glad many of you love seeing it. They’ll keep coming.
Your flower photos are my very favorite part of all your blog posts. I make them my phone background because they are SO beautiful.
Thanks, Charlott I really appreciate these messages…they inspire and encourage me thanks…We pay too much attention to the trolls, too little to good people like you.
This flower photo is fragile, delicate AND powerful. Thank you for sharing it’s beauty.
These flower photos are life. Keep them coming, and thank you.
