I put this photo up two days ago and got more mail about it than any other flower photo I’ve posted so far, summer or winter. So in honor of tomorrow’s holiday, here is again. Exquisite and sensual…the colors, the textures, reminds me of a Scarlett O’Hara gown, also a Georgia O’Keeffe painting. It does take the edge off the stress I’m feeling after ten feet of snow.
