I walked out into the pasture at dusk and ran into some sheep. I hung around with them for a while. I only saw the sheep for some years when a border collie was with me; we never got too close. Now they get close to my camera.
They’ve decided it’s okay to hang out with me as long as I don’t get too close. But they always wait to see if I have a dog around. They don’t consider Fate or Zinnia dogs.
I love the light at dusk, but I came out just a bit late for some of the photos I wanted. Still, I found some beautiful things to look at, and I’m happy to share them with you. I hope they bring you as much comfort as they bring me.

Americana. Old bricks stacked inside the barn are beautiful to me; they all had proud makers stamped on them. I use them to cover and protect my raised flower beds in the winter.
Sheep are curious and patient. They wondered why I didn’t bring anything but the camera when I came out. With animals, it’s almost always about food.

I have no idea what you are talking about Paul, but if it’s about photography, don’t waste your time. I take the pictures I like, I don’t accept other people’s wisdom and rules. Everybody is a guru these days, especially on social media. This is probably along the lines of thirds…yuk
