I’m loving the autumn sky, every day a new performance, another song from above, angry, uncertain and always beautiful.
I’m writing today about my long battle with panic attacks, which I think is coming to an end. I’ve learned a lot and want to share it, but it’s taking me more time than usual. I can only write it in short bursts.
We are going to dinner tonight with friends in Saratoga Springs at an Indian restaurant. We are both looking forward to it.

Interesting sky. The light showing through on the right side I see two profiles. The first one the face profle of a sheep and the second is the profile of a man. Interestingly usually it’s the clouds that present the picture. This time is the play of light against the dark clouds.
