Maria hung this watercolor by the artist Donna Wynbrandt a few months ago; the morning sun and it hangs right about Maria’s desk.
I call it “The Spinner,” it’s a beautiful work, especially when the sun falls right on it. It reminds me of Maria.

SO much going on in this painting! I love it! If I recall correctly……Donna was George’s partner…a great talent in her own right. It seems to fit perfectly in your home among some very eclectic and beautiful art, but I must say…….seeing (over the years) the interior of your house and the art that resides within………2 have always struck a deep chord within my soul. One is the *portrait* of Lenore? your black lab……it is absolutely stunning. The other is the painting you have of you petting the donkey *Carol*? was that her name? My two fave pieces of art in your home……though I love them all. TMI? Well then…….I’m sharing anyway! LOL
