We had the quietest Sunday in a very long time.
We slept late, ate breakfast, made a brief stop at the farmer’s market, brought some vegetables, dropped off the laundry we wash every week for the Food Co-Op, visited some friends, came home, blogged, read, and tonight we’re going to watch “Mrs. Brown,” the Judy Dench movie about the Queen and her friend.

I did manage to get some autumn photographs; November is finally showing itself here, wind, rain, and cold.
The last leaves are falling off the trees; a few beautiful ones are left.
Every afternoon, I bring the Imperious hens some mealworms. I think they are starting to like me, if not love me. They have molted, and their fathers are bright and ready for winter.
