I was working to prepare for this morning’s Zoom meeting, and I forgot to give the dogs their morning treats – each one gets a Dingo dental stick.

When I was working, I heard a sound coming from the gate I put up to keep animals other than Zinnia out of my office.

I turned about and saw Bud’s Morning Welcoming Committee, led as usual.

They were all staring at me mournfully and hopefully. Bud got me moving with a bark or two.

I got up and went into the kitchen and gave everyone their treat. They weren’t letting it slide. They still had to sit quietly for at least three minutes (two this morning) before they got their Dingo stick.
