My granddaughter Robin and my daughter Emma are coming to see us, and I’m getting ready. I have six or eight books ready, and today, Ruko, a robot for kids up to age 9, arrived. They will be introduced in October.
He sings, dances, picks this up, and hooks up to apps on a smartphone and can be operated from one.
Robin told me she’s very interested in building robots; this should give her a good head start. I’m hoping Robin connects more with the farm and the donkeys.
She loves insects, nature, cats, and dogs. That’s a good start. She came to the right household; Maria can talk birds, insects, nature, cats, dogs, sheep, and donkeys (and Raven), and herons and spiders with anyone.
They are planning to make a scarf together. Maria will show her how to feed donkeys carrots safely and comfortably.
