I posted photos and text (scroll down a bit) about the visit to the farm yesterday with Amy Eldridge, my nurse practitioner, and her daughter Raven. I left out one photo, which is the one that most beautifully captures the spirit of the afternoon. I wanted it to have a spot all its own.

It was when Raven and Maria sat together on the lawn to feed the Imperious Hens.

I like the photos I took, but I didn’t want this one to get lost. It’s special to me, and perhaps, to them.
