Countdown: Half A Cord Left. Bugs Don’t Bite Her. She Might Be A Woodland Elf

by Jon Katz

I’m more and more convinced that Maria is some kind of woodland elf, the bugs don’t bite her and the heat doesn’t stop her.

I can’t imagine how or why she married a klutz like me, but I’m not complaining.

Just a half a cord to go. I’ll order two more, and we’ll be reading for winter, wood-wise,  in late July or August.

This is all that’s left of two cords. It will be stacked tonight.
