They are just outside the door waiting for us every morning. They move for feeding, but nothing else. Maria thinks this may go on for a while. I believe we are nearing the end.
Flo and Minnie are nearing the edge of life, and have somehow decided to be together for this journey. I can almost feel it.
I’m grateful these two wild and once feral creatures have one another to help them stay warm and connected to their lives. I’ll post these photos daily for as long as it takes; it’s become important to me.
Jon, maybe Flo and Minnie are just plain hot! 🙂 🙂 Wouldn’t that be nice! 🙂 They look adorable all cuddled up together.
That would be nice, but they don’t bundle together when they are hot, they snuggle up when they are cold..
This picture brings a lump to my throat and tears to my eyes. They are so precious. Thanks for sharing their final journey with us in these sweet pictures. I’ve always been a dog person, but I love these 2 cats.
That’s how my cats curl up around me when I’m under the weather. Ear infection = cat curled around my head. Arthritis in my hip = cat cuddled up against my hip in bed. I had a chest cold and The Cat In Charge sort of draped himself across my shoulder. I also love Katz’ cats.
Dear sweet Flo. It seems like only yesterday that she was working her magic to convince you that cats were OK. I’ll always treasure my time with her during an open house. Both Flo & Minnie have had a rich and wonderful, thanks to you & Maria.
