Up here on Bedlam Farm, we often can’t find the boundary between life and art. For Maria and I, they are both the same thing. We both walked out into the far pasture this morning, it was so beautiful and I am strong enough to do some walking now.

She stopped, as she always does, to check on the snails in our pond, many of whom she can recognize. I saw this as a painting and took the photo.

It is an art to me, and it is life as well. The two work so beautifully together.
