We didn’t have much chance to shop and we aren’t big on birthday and anniversary gifts anyway, especially this past week or so, but Maria always manages to think of something graceful and touching.

This morning, I  found these wildflowers fresh from the woods in my study. They are beautiful, a wonderful gift.
